With regard to T-Shirts, kickoutracism, ones with Adeyemi's face on or whatever would be a bad idea in my eyes at this time.

 

I'm not sure that I agree - I think that given the publicity that Tom's next appearance will attract, the "Kick Out Racism" t-shirts will get publicity, and providing there is no further comment, provide a classy reply to LFC's Suarez t-shirts.

While OWTB is here for ALL fans and supporters of Oldham Athletic it will not be used like a play ground were some feel compelled to agrue with the dedicated moderating team just to try and get an upper hand or try to recite the rules and regs to look smart !

 

Bullying in any form to any member will not be tolerated.

 

All the moderating team will over the next few days ensuring that this warning is implimented.

 

Members will be limited for a short or permanent period if any case is deemed appropriate.

I am sure that you don't mean that it is unacceptable to disagree with Moderators - or do you ?

Equally, rules are rules, so how can quoting them be described as trying to look smart - either they apply, or they don't

I don't believe that I have posted a controversial post since joining the forum, but I can see why members might get a bit fed up with some of the posters on here who regularly post unsubstantiated rumours, just, as it seems to me, to annoy people, or get their post count up.

I do not in any shape or form support personal abuse / bullying of these posters - the "ignore" button would seem the best option - (please can someone tell me where this is !) - but, in my opinion, your, on the face of it, your heavy handed response does not add to the debate, and in fact just adds to the impression that this board is run by a few, for the benefit of a few

No doubt I will get a lot of stick for this post, not least because i don't post that often, but please mr moderator / site manager ..... don't patronise me

Thanked fans for the support, said every penney will be needed to help the club, asked for loyalty and to go the extra mile, hinted at dissapointment from those within the trust didn't really know what to make of that but asked for a greater collective effort of support.

 

One thing I would like to have known was would the new manager have any scope to bring in any new players in for next season people will keep the faith if they have a reason too i.e. it will get better.
