Certainly would have been. But Brian Johnson has done a great job to maintain AC/Dc at the top of their game

Anyone know where he is?
Surely he hasn't gone on holiday and missed all the comotion has he?
We'll never here the last of it and he will be forever reminding us of stories about being unjustly evicted from pubs in Southend
Cheers,
Harry

Has anybody noticed the reaction of Howard when Fleming was shown the red card on Saturday?
Punching the air in celebration - what an arrogant bar steward, Karma that Fryatt missed and we held on for a point. I find it hard some times to accept when players celebrate winning a penalty but to celebrate like that when a fellow professional is sent off is an absolute disgrace and he has gone down big time in my estimation - not that he was ever very high in them I must admit!!
stuipd thread - we / our players would do the same ...... next please

Took ALOT of stick recently, but for me today he was really good and put in a most decent shift! Thought it was time to give him some credit, as, like i said hes got alot of stick recently.
agreed - thought he played well - even if his only option out of defence was hoof !

Sheridan, (IMO) is trying to play a decent style of football whilst trying to get us out of the League One. The problem he has is that most of the team aren't good enough to play the type of football he wants, yet, we are almost there.
then why does he try and and play it ????

top thread this

She wants to surround her children with positive people, so I reckon she's going in the Chaddy End rather than the Main Stand.
Bless her - doing very well - Dazzer should be very proud

I deplore booing, but if people do want to vent their frustration then do it after the game. During the game doesn't help. The lads are hardly going to think, 'Oh, they're booing us, let's pull our socks up'. The reaction is 'Sod 'em, why should I run my arse off for people jeering and abusing me?'.
Because they get paid a lot of money to do it !!!!

My mate john sheridan just rang me sayin his playstation has broke and he will have to settle for his nintendo wii
thanks wenks - i find this type of post very useful - travelling (as I do) from a distance away, it is always good to know the status of the game - given your fantastic advice, at least i can now have a lie in
Cheers Matey

1318: "I live and work in Chiang Mai, Thailand and my live-in maid says her ex-boss's cousin's brother, who owns Chiang Mai United is presently in talks with Thaksin Shinawatra about a possible takeover, since he's DEFINITELY selling Man City. However, since I don't speak very good Thai, she may also be telling me she's not coming into work on Wednesday."

Hope you're right (not that ive seen Gillespie recently) but dont think Eire is classed as a 'home country'. Bar that he fits the Crusoe bill though doesnt he.
Gillespie is from Northern Ireland, not Eire
I don't think that that's him in the picture though.

What odds can you get on O'Grady scoring 20 next season ?
slightly better than Martin Buchan

Firstly, the whole point of the thread is pointless. "Who else has played for the 2 top teams in Manchester", and, "And before you start, I know Oldham is not in Manchester". So, the list of players is pointless as we are not part of manchester.
Secondly, its states "Manchester" and NOT "Greater Manchester". I for one dont like the idea of being part of Greater Manchester, but have to accept it either way. But simply, Greater Manchester and Manchester are not the same. See the above list. Manchester is part of Greater Manchester, and apparently Oldham is also part of Greater Manchester. Nowhere does it say that Oldham is, or has ever been or will ever be, part of Manchester.
We are not part of Manchester and we are not Mancunian. Whether or not Greater Manchester exists, Oldham (and Manchester for that matter) is part of Lancashire (la la la).
can't be bothered !
