man management is not just about the players liking you, its about them respecting, and to a certain degree fearing you.

man management is getting the best out of players, keeping all the squad involved, and together, making players fight for each other and the club, dickov cant do this so i totally disagree he is a good man manager, just a very good bloke im sure, but that is not what we need.

I'd love to see a change in formation , as has been said many times , why play wingers when we don't get the ball wide and put crosses in, we should put another body in midfield centrally and try and win that battle rather than always being over ran.

However dickov tactically is stuck in the late 80s early 90s so we will of course line up nice n rigid 442 .

Tactics, defenders win your individual battles and defend ( a bit more in depth but you get the gist )

Changy run around a lot, win tackles, and always loil for Jose

Jose try to pick balls down the channels for taylor, or over top for Sutherland ,

When grounds has it, smith peel towards the right, grounds hang high diagonal balls up, get taylor Sutherland and Baxter ALL sniffing for knock downs and flick ons.

Sutherland enjoy yourself and run at your man every time .

Taylor run in between there centre halves and full backs for joses passes and keep close to smith when applicable .

I missed forest, but that few mins aside , the last time we played " well " was in about September !!!

Worst latics team I've seen , not in ability , in guts, hard work, pride in the shirt , even penny had a game plan, stick 9 behind the ball and whack it to pav !!

Had enough of dickov, alarm bells should have rung when he got rid of greegs and pav , hindsight is a wonderful thing . . ,

On current form ?

I'd like people to name these 4 worse teams , let's face it without Baxter and to a lesser degree derbs, we would be worse than Hartlepool .

At least if we go down we can console ourselves that " the boys worked ever so hard "

Grounds Byrne boozy have been ok, nothing more, nothing less, Jose has been a godsend, as was derbs, smith has worked very hard.

Montano , furman, wes and croft have all disappointed hugely, a shame coz it's the whole :censored:ing midfield !

Simmo been the biggest disappointment , a waste, someone who needs carrying every game, mvoto is calamitous at times , as is tarky , ( tho I really like him ) and our other youngsters have nt had a chance.

To sum up, underperforming and depressing

I'd say the best way is to stop attending matches , but corney doesn't seem to notice that has been happening more and more.

Ok, financial restraints have to be taken into account , but choosing the rigid formation , playing simpson as a winger , never dropping lard boy, giving mellor NO GAME TIME all season then chucking him in today , coupling it with comments such as " the kids aren't ready" , course they re not when utilised like this !!!!, are all totally his fault, as is the assembling of the wettest squad of players imaginable .

over to PD, who will no doubt decide simmo is a better option in there, with changy wide left, smith up top on his own, byrne on the bench and winchester in goal!!!

Re tarky , he cost us a few goals this season but totally agree about his ability, he s big enough, fast , comfortable on the ball and sees a pass .

At minute we are short in centre mid, give him a chance in there, holding role, bit like Chelsea have done with luiz , I think he could do the job, sure dickov won't agree though .

Wish he was still here, blew hot n cold but he'd have loved playing with Baxter , and far more effective than montano has been thus far
