  1. Having a manager hasn’t worked for 25 years, so no harm in trying this ‘Head Coach’ approach with the owner in charge of recruitment in my eyes. Been subject to disappointment my whole life from the team I support and welcome any drastic changes that provide a slim chance of success. Good luck to Banide, see how it goes.

Fair play to them. A hell of a trek on a Tuesday night to watch those cloggers. Deserved the applause we gave them when the attendance was read out.

True, we took 262 to them on a Tuesday night earlier in the season, ridiculous how good our away support is compared to other clubs with similar home attendances.

Apart from the obvious ie. win more games, what can we do to get supporters into BP.

That game on Saturday was arguably the biggest game of our season, we’d just played Tranmere and Crewe off the park away from home and yet we could only muster up 3800 homers.

The old excuses about the BP experience, the weather and that it was the week before Christmas will come out but that really is shocking.

Like in the ‘pinch me’ era a lengthy cup run might ignite our season but our pathetic home attendances are baffling and in direct contrast to our away followings!

Think the weather is a geniune reason for Saturday though, was absolutely atrocious. Would have had at least 3/400 more if it was a clear day.

  4. Absolutely fantastic all round! Each and every one of them! Some real glimpses of quality, but I think what we appreciate the most is the pressing! I've not seen us have a team who works so hard in years! All credit to Bunn for creating an atmosphere where the players genuinely die out on the pitch for each other and win, lose or draw they do their little lap of honour where Bunn beats his chest, what a club. Brilliant!
