I'm with a few here.....I'm more than fine with TP until the end of the season. I'd actually be more than fine with TP full-stop; but I'm well aware he doesn't want it.

 

What I would like though is some sort of communication from SC / the club - to tell us the plans.

 

If SC has a plan that involves TP until the end of the season, and then a new appointment - he should tell us that. The silence is deafening, and it's only leading to wild conjecture on here, and in work / pub / homes etc. The longer this drags on without any clear communication, the more shambolic it looks. And, the uncertanty surely won't be helping the players - both in terms of performances and also for future planning.

 

One way or another, we should have been clearly told what the situation is.......that way, all can move forward towards the goal of staying up. As it stands, it's all a bit hap-hazzard, a bit up in the air and just a bit shoddy really.

can i just ask do you honestly think that in the postion we are in simon *god* corney

has got it right not getting in new coaches and backroom staff?

we are in a scrap and neither you or i or anyone has a clue what is going on management wise.

TP has far to much on his hands it will be effecting the players not knowing who is coming or going.

stability is what is needed and we certainly have none of that!!

Seriously how some of you still have a corney love in is unreal.

Yes he saved us a DECADE ago but what has improved in that time please tell me.

have any of the following improved or am i alone in thinking we are only moving in one direction...

The stadium? clearly not!

The attendances?? clearly not!

communication with fans? clearly not!

manager n backroom staff? well we aint got any!

match day experiance? nope!

The only time some of you will realise is when/if we get left high n dry!

He has lived off saving the club for to long!

As bad as it would be, I happen to think the club will survive and come straight back up if the worst happened. :censored: happens anyone for Gillingham on Tuesday night.

to have gillingham we going to have to stay up ;)

The worry i have if we do go down is that it may happen again and very quickly.

i no there are a few teams who have gone down and re built in recent times i.e swindon brighton huddersfield to name a few.

but the amount of teams who have gone down and stayed down far outweighs this macclesfield stockport luton wrexham rushden

hereford just a few to go down twice in a short space of time. then you have the bradfords torquay northampton etc that have gone

down n stayed down.

in short i think its imperative we stay up because i have a feeling we wouldnt come bk quickly if at all

basically those that wanna sit can tell those of us that want to stand to sit.

but those that want to stand cant tell those that wanna sit to stand.

am standing up all game but there a load of us so shouldnt be bothering you sitters.

ffs biggest game in years lets rock goodison sing for 90 mins.

te way some of you go on its like you wanna sit in silence for 90mins.

if you wanna sit sure you all got a couch at home

anyone tells me to sit down and tbey will be sat down with no idea what happens during the game ;)

first post on here normally just read through. for me dickov has no sense of tatics at all. saturday for instance we had big matt smith up front and apart from the ball in where he scored not one other decent ball was played in all game. its ridiculas all us fans and probably stevie wonder can see the blatent errors dickov out!!! imo if we go down once we will be the next luton stockport etc
