  1. Again I dont think admin will happen but just goin back the point about relegated teams being given the point deduction the season after. I don't think that is right. I think every season has a cut off point around mid/end of Feb any deduction after that goes on the following season I think this was introduced after a couple of clubs i think Leeds was one went into admin after having relegation confirmed.
  2. Can't say I fully understand admin tbh so again just a theory here but could it not be the case that, someone has come along and said I want to buy It all from you but am not willing to spend x million on paying the clubs debt before buying anything. I'll give you say 10million but I want the land the stand the OEC and you to put the club in to admin and we can start again next year? That way most if not all the losses are recouped by the tta again I can't say for certain that would be true just a theory and they could leave which apprantly they are desperate to do so. In my personal opinion getting everything the stadium the stand the land the OEC is the only way the club is remotely attractive to a buyer. Could be well wide of the mark and more than likely I am lol
  3. Guess time will tell. Not scaremongering here was just passing it on. I hope it's bollocks as much as the next man.
  4. Like I say could be bollocks of course it could but the lack of transfers activity could be linked to this. Then again there was a agent on twitter last week or week before saying he'd been doing transfer negotiations with the club so who knows
  5. Just had an inbox on Facebook and again am not saying this is true it may be complete toss but it said we are going into administration and are begging people for investment. Now am not saying it's true by any means so don't be hating on me but the person who sent it I know for a fact has regular dealings with people at the club. Again just passing on the message
  6. We'd of gone there and sat back anyhow fair play to Lincoln hope they do them in the replay.
  7. Oh the irony ?! BBC Manchester doing a phone in on Monday. On twitter it's advertised with Crisis at Oldham? It's being discussed on the football phone in show. I imagine you've been in touch already to tell that what a waste of time it is and everything is fine. I am worried very worried the steady decline is looking like this may be the year we go down. I see people saying we don't need to sign players yet as no game for x amount of days. oh so we don't want them to train together then these players we may have coming in has anybody not learnt at the club what happens when you leave it to the last min? Like we did at the summer. We failed to plan properly for this season and as the saying goes fail to plan, plan to fail and we are failing. The facts are this club is in serious decline and serious questions need to be asked. Mr.corney himself clearly states when we signed the sports direct deal that we now attached ourselves to the bigger budgets in the league. Since then we have sold players and managers for decent money and all we hear isn't we have the lowest budget. So why is this? The scoreboard again nearly a year onwards and I appreciate what the trust are saying but seriously people look and think it's been a year wtf is going on where is the bloody thing. It feels as though it's been nothing but disappointment after disappointment recently. I would love it in a year or two your turning round to me saying I told you so because I want what's best for the club as we all do. But seriously guys what's it going to take for action to be taken? What is going to have to happen for people to wake up and actually see the truth of what's going on. The football club despite apprantly having a bigger budget is being run on a shoe string whilst in the chief executive's words the OEC is flourishing. Isn't it funny how the OEC is up and running in the new stand and the two who want sod all to do with OAFC and Mr.corney are taking the profits from that. People say yes they will be paying OAFC rent. Let me ask you this if you had both businesses and the OEC is flourishing and your clearly neglecting the football side of things why would you pay a decent rent and skim off the OEC profits I can't say for certain course I can't but I suspect it will be minimal rental income OAFC gets from the OEC and whatever does come goes towards the building cost. It's just funny how the supporters bar isn't done yet coz I'd presume again I can't say for certain but with that being for the fans the money would go solely to OAFC. I really hope the session that NNN is doing with Corney gets true and honest answers and no that does not mean answers I want to hear it will certainly be interesting. What hurts the most is all the infighting between fans and the lack of any real passion or challenge to change anything. Mcfluff rip this apart feel free on any spelling or whatever am done with the childish debates if you want to debate things let's do it like the adults we should be. Please don't throw out the gonand find a buyer argument either that's not my job and I think the bloke we have now is doing a poor job and could do a better job that's what frustrates me. I genuinely feel he is choosing to neglect us am not saying he should be pumping millions in but I do think it's a choice for us to be run on such a strict budget and that choice is to maximise the OEC at the expense of OAFC.
  8. Saw us get hammered here think 4-0 or 4-1 about 13 years ago I think maybe more now.
  9. It takes us away from the smaller clubs budget and we now attach ourselves to the bigger clubs. Fast forward 3 years our manager is telling us we have the smallest budget in the league.
  10. Just wondering if someone can or it's planned to ask about the sports direct deal. I think the chairman was quite vocal about it puttin us in the bigger budgets within the league and I think said it was worth a million pounds to the club. Am interested to know if it was actually worth a million pound or if this was performance related etc and if it performance related how well have we done out of the deal? Sorry if this has been mentioned elsewhere.
  11. Am pretty certain if you spent a number of years away from your job it would be difficult for you to return doing the same job at a new company and picking up where you left off. Give it another 12 months he will be banging them in for someone.
  12. More chance of finding rocking horse :censored: than lee Johnson managing latics again.
  13. Think if we did it would put at least a couple of hundred on the home gates. I think the fans would feel a lot more positive about our chances of staying up, it will work wonders for fan-club relations and will probably result in us staying in the league.
  14. I could be wrong as I was only half listening whilst cooking but I thought he said, those who actually come to games have a right to comment. No mention of Twitter or this forum.
  15. Shouldn't of ever happened. I will be relieved when it's lifted. Not thanking him.
  16. To many fans don't want a charlton or Blackpool coz apprantly that'll make it worse. Can it even get worse?
  17. 2017 January: OWTB message bored flooded with messages asking if the transfer embargo has been lifted. People saying the trust should be letting the fans know more. Each passing week we will hear it's going to be lifted only for it to be lifted at the very end and we end up doing a repeat of the summer, taking the scraps. The team will continue to struggle at home and by the end of January we will be 4 points adrift. Feb-End of season Much of the same with the fans becoming ever more divided watching the team that the owner is leaving in a better place when he leaves than when he arrived go down without a whimper to the 4th division attendences dwindle and the manager gets the boot in march time although to late. The corney in brigade abuse the corney out brigade and the corney out brigade abuse the corney in brigade. With lots of people saying we should do this and do that but nobody actually doing anything. Pre season will be the same as this year lots of players released but a new manager will be in place from the end of the last season. Although will only be able to sign players on short term deals. The supporters bar will still not be ready although a statement will be released around June time telling fans it will be ready for the start of the new season. Fans who vowed never to renew the season ticket will renew again. The OEC will be still doing plenty of business and the football club will not be seeing much from it. As the statement the club needs 24/7 income quickly changed to football related income after it was built lol. The team will struggle and come December 2017 we will be around 19th in league 2 with a ever growing corney out brigade but not much happening as people won't want to turn into a Blackpool or charlton because it may damage the club, which will be ironic as we struggle to keep our league status. The divide will continue and the club will will just survive come the end of the season. Merry Christmas Let's hope I am completely wrong ??
  18. Would take him back in a heartbeat. Do I think it will happen not a chance.
