Or to me the term "new" suggests it is replacing an old contract , meaning they have played for us, Robbie Simpson is probably a good shout.

What is it with the word journeyman on this forum? He is as far from a journeyman as you'll find anywhere at this level! After going through the Sunderland youth system, he was at Scunthorpe for 10 years during which they had a three year spell in the championship. More than qualified.

 

Maybe we could come to some other kind of arrangement, are there any players at Scunthorpe that we might be interested in?

Cant see us being interested in anyone they would be willing to let go (under contract) whos any good , as the fact thats its only them being so :censored: , that we wern't already as good as down before LJ came in.

I had to get the bus to Oldham to the last game, not seen the town centre for years, now that i live in Bury and too be honest i found its decline somewhat embarassing, looking almost as bad as Rochdale. So I dont think we can afford to get on our high horses too much really. The area around Mecca bingo looks like something out of a war report in Beirut.

This is yet another terrible slant on the good fans of OAFC who pay their money week in week out , only to have one of their beloved legends treated in such a manner. I for one will not be returning to Boundary Park , until this situation has been rectified. Corney out !

If it were to happen i wouldnt bother with football at all anymore.Im already bored with it, if it doesnt involve Oldham. I have Sky , but dont really watch much football on it . Starting to wonder if its worth having as i only really watch test cricket on it , and for what i pay i could watch it live i suspect.
