Haven't we just been given a finalised date of January on that?

Flag arrived today, http://twitter.com/oafcryan_/status/446300579774877696/photo/1 here's a pic.

so you couldn't hear the 3000 Preston two weeks ago?
Yes I could. I think you missed my point. Silence is silence no matter what end...
-
This topic has gone well off course, moving ground,KFC,macds ect,Fact is the club know which is our best stand, but want to move us into a :censored:ing :censored: tip the chaddyend, instead of putting people's backs up,leave us in the rre, improve matters on the pitch, then you might get some noise, this club is mind numbing at times
IF the 'acoustics' are so good why can I never hear the RRE?
-
As a Chaddy Ender I'm in favour of at least a trial swap. But the people also arguing for it seem to enjoy making up ridiculous facts to fit in with what they're saying..
-
No doubt the "man of the people" © Pine Villains will be along shortly to explain how this has been discussed with the fans and Johnson supports it too.
Does he have a new signing to gloat about? What happened to the meeting? Come on Barry....
-
There really is a lot resting on Saturday!
-
Their away support is abysmal. Even as a Chaddy Ender I'd prefer it if they moved us for this game.
-
Which we have never appeared in.
Chesterfield in 2012?

The only thing that was vile yesterday was conceding yet ANOTHER injury time equaliser/ winner. Against a terrible team who had a mere five minutes earlier mustered about their only shot on target the whole game. We were marginally the better of two very poor sides in a six-pointer. And we conceded direct form a corner AGAIN. In injury time AGAIN.
That was the only "vile' aspect of the game.
Yet some were still happy to clap the team off. Baffling...
Agree, yesterday wasn't bad in my opinion. My 'Vile' statement was aimed at the Port Vale game.

No, I don't think he had an option and I believe he wanted Rooney to stay. He left because he was not happy here and certain fans like always at this club do not make it easy for a player or team out of form.
He gone to a club currently in form and I'm guessing playing in front of fans that don't bitch and moan at every miss placed pass or off target shot and look what's happened.
In the end it was better he moved on for him...for Oldham Athletic? Not so much
The fans did not influence Johnson to go to the press and say he's not a babysitter (or whatever words he used). You can argue whether the manager was using him wrongly or he just wasn't good enough. What he does at another club is irrelevant, he was a waste of a wage for us.
-
Couldn't give a toss!
Fair play to him but how many threads are needed about players that FAILED HERE every time they do anything elsewhere?
Idiots wanted him gone and he went....move on.He has
Is the manager an idiot then?
-
The perfect away performance was Swindon, that was far from it..
-
I'm happy for him but please can we all move on.
-
Seems like people are getting quite worked up that LJ doesn't say what they want him to say, I just don't understand.
I'm not worked up, it's merely making a simple comment about what he said.

I know a big deal was made about yesterday being a big game but Saturday is massive. Fail to win this one and I think we're down with two of the top three coming next. How do you think should we line up on Saturday? Crawley are certainly no pushovers with good away wins coming at The Posh, Orient, Walsall and a point at Rotherham. Looking at their results they do seem to struggle particularly away at the sides around them, with losses at Stevenage, Bristol City, Crewe and Gillingham. Do we go 3-5-2 and try to kill them off early? We desperately need all three points.
-
I was and funnily enough didn't experience it there, I was sat well out of the way at one side though...
It was vile. Boos ringing out, fans arguing amongst one another. I left swiftly yesterday as I wanted to get the early train back but I didn't think the atmosphere was negative. It's a footballers job to take the bad with the good, they can't expect a positive response after a performance like that.

I've seen latics fans fight each other, I've seen latics fans have slanging matches. I've seen latics up and down the country for years.
Yesterday was without doubt the most toxic away game I've been to. It might be because the people around me had had a skinful before the game but the sheer bad language, the jibes at each other and the players, and the fans restraining their friends from smacking a fellow latics fan was shocking.
Like I say, pay your money and have a go but christ, draw a line.
It's only football.
Where you at Port Vale? That was a hell of a lot worse.
-
And it's also quite plausible he doesn't believe that because managers say :censored: they don't mean to the media all the time. It's a debate over nothing, a reason to get angry at a manager for no reason at all.
Who's angry?
-
How do you know he does believe that?
I don't, but it's quite plausible considering he said it.
-
I don't think he got much service on the right, today.
Every time he did he turned round and passed it straight to Brown...
-
But what does it achieve, again it's just to appease people who want to know exactly what he's thinking or have their own judgement confirmed. I very much doubt he's preparing a party for the whole team to congratulate them on our late charge into the play off picture. Unless he's completely stupid and can;t read the league table he'll be well aware of the situation we are in, why does he need to state it, I trust he can correctly interpret the league table, I don't need it confirming.
As above I'm sure he already acknowledges it. I would probably be more straight talking than he is being but either way it makes no difference to the situation we are in so i don't understand why this is such a major issue for some.
It's one of the poorest games I've ever seen and he says we were excellent. How do you know he doesn't truly believe that?
-
Why? To appease us?
No, it's called honesty.
