  1. We got 5000 against col u when it was a fiver.

We generally lose when we do offers. Grimsby aside.

Stick to just us who've watched through the :censored: this season and think anything is miles better than it was in December rather than an extra 1000/2000 who will just moan that were not playing barca esque and 3 up by half time. Any offer that comes up has the chance of killing the positivity that's come since she's return.

  2. The disgust in Gerrard's eyes when Wilson wimped out of that challenge was a sight. Amongst other obscenities shouted in the subsequent bollocking, he seemed to be cupping his balls and asking if Wilson had any. He had a point. Fair play though, Wilson got on with the job after that.

That was funny too. Gerrard absolutely smashed into one of there players in his next challenge.

He was saying to Wilson about :censored:ting out and having a set of bollocks. Wilson walked off calling him a :censored: in the exchange of words - gerrard overheard and shouted let's see if you say that to my face in the dressing room at half time.

Shez would love the passion no doubt. Proper leading by example by Gerrard

  3. Most will go in moon under water is guess as it's a wetherspoons and cheap.

Those who want to watch Sunderland will go to the Berkeley.

We might not even get a choice if the police are waiting at the station like Rotherham the other year. Cattled in to the first pub

Either way. 4 quid on train from mills hill can't be sniffed at. Seems there's a fair few on

  4. Bucket wankers.

Says it all when they've tom pope sat on the bench.

I'd love it if they went pop after this seasons spending way beyond their means.end up with the bin dippers from birkenhead

Why do people feel sorry for the fans. They laugh at Bolton and loved every signing they made knowing full well they can't sustain it

  5.

If it's taking you ten minutes to walk from The Greyhound to the ground can I suggest you seek medical advice immediately?

What I was thinking. 5 minutes tops from club car park. 7 hours if you get knocked whilst crossing Broadway.

I live up at the top of the hill where greyhound is. I can leave my house at 25 to 8 for night games and be in the ground before the players have come out.

If you're coming by car too there's loads of street parking around there for free too.

  6. I had a year or two of picking home games 2012 until I bought a season ticket off someone last December who was fed up of last season. For those years staying in the grey mare was 9/10 the preffered option than making the walk down sheepfoot lane. Went more aways for 3 seasons than I did homes. Sad thing is with every misreble latics fan who came back from the game at 5pm it justified not leaving the pub.

I Got a st this year purely down to the new stand this year so I'll see it out. I'll probably get one next year too but only because If I stopped going again I'd probably only ever bother with a handful of local aways and never step foot in BP again. It's easy to find alternative things to do on a Saturday afternoon but I guess I'm not ready to leave the sinking ship just yet

  7. Sold out at Crewe. Had 200+ turn up unable to get in the ground.

Anyone else already for seeing 6000+ cov fans turning up all over the ground to celebrate promotion whilst we're either relegated or need points to stay up.

Our last few games don't look promising if we do still have something to play for.

  8. Nah, he's right. Apparently it's called a diphthong, a one syllable word with two sounds.

Anyhow, us beating or drawing with Sheff Utd would have resulted in an entirely different draw outcome, as it's massive change in initial conditions.

If buts maybes.youre really clutching at straws.

Fact is what would have been our number got picked out with United away. Something most of us have waited 21 years for. Gutted

  9. Crowds wouldn't even come back at a tenner. The £5 game against Colchester only mustered 5600.

If we were to take a knock on admission prices I'd rather we just sacked off under 16 prices and hammered home free tickets to all the schools. It's the only chance we've got of snapping up the next generation of fans whilst city dominate everything in the prem

We'd lose a fortune and probably struggle to stay up more than we already do but at least we'd have a fuller stadium, a better atmosphere and a future.

The clubs dying a slow death the way it is at present.
