I've just watched DK's post match interview on LaticsPlayer.

 

One of the most honest I've ever seen from an Oldham manager.

 

He didn't seem to care how good or bad we played just that we should be winning our home games.

He thought it felt like a defeat.

 

Surprised so few have commented on this.

 

I'm re-enthused for Bury now.

You can't expect people on here to pick up on the good things...

Home fans can pay on the day so Im imagining they will lift the all ticket restriction soon.

If home fans can pay on the gate, that's gonna end up with a home end full of Latics that didn't buy in advance. Look what happened last time.

How could we sustain ourselves in the championship with our paltry gates. He's just being realistic. If he said ye we'd have to money to stay up in championship people would moan about why we aren't spending the money now. Although, not taking anything away from the fact I do think he's a bit of a penis

Have you considered adoption. Is it possible to swap for a kid who already supports Latics? Not sure if you can specify that as a requirement when picking another. Ask Madonna

I can't think of another. I've been really impressed with him when you consider he's hardly played any games. Also a lot better than the other keepers we've brought in over the years, apart from obvious ones like Kelly, Pogliacomi

Yeah I don't understand the flak Dunn has copped from Saturday. I thought he was very good.

Because our fans love to moan. If we had Lionel Messi he'd get slated by some for not defending enough

My point is, there's a reason he hasn't gone all out attack and. We haven't been beaten so all those wanting him sacked need to have a word with themselves. Think that even if we hired Mourinho some people would have been moaning for the sake of it and wanting him out

Everyone saying we will get hammered by the decent sides. One thing we always seem to have done is perform well against decent sides and lose to the weaker ones. So if we can perform well against those and keep picking up points against bottom half. Happy days. So many negative people on here it's ridiculous

All this talk of Kelly not fulfilling his philosophy. We've won our home game and drawn our away. Sounds alright to me. Imagine how annoyed those Chelsea fans were when Mourinho didn't stick to his philosophy and ground out those 1-0 wins. Bet they were furious when they won the league...

Kelly won't achieve anything, Kelly is awful, Kelly will relegate us. Wow. Give the man a chance. Judge him after a few months of league games rather than give up on him before season has started. How many people here have had help from someone on a CV to make it sound better, got a job and been brilliant at it?

His movement across back line is really good. He won't win headers against a 6'5 CB, nor will he beat 5 men and smash it in top corner. Yet most games he played the ball was put way over top and out for a goal kick or where CB will win header and that makes him crap according to our fans. He needs a neat ball playing him in and behind or being set up with a good bit of work today

I won't be boycotting anything. I will gladly take me daughter when she's old enough. She will know that even footballers, so called "role models" are not above the law and will be punished for their wrong doings.

 

She will most certainly, though, be brought up with more respect for herself than to slag herself around attempting to become a WAG.
