I think that the last few games under Shez (and the last league game under SR) have shown that our team can play reasonable football at times.

 

Having seen players change significantly in the middle of a game when we have scored - so there is ability in most of them.

 

Banks - the flop when through on goal was awful, but does show the ability to whip in decent corners.

Whip in decent corners ? You have got to be kidding haven't you ? During the Bradford game he delivered one decent corner the rest he just floats in which leaves the opportunity for either Clarke or Gerrard etc to break the net near non existent. The last time we had anyone worthy of whipping a great ball in was David eyres.

I think the second one means the rumours on fan sites have been plagiarised by journos. Rather than fans being the plagiarisers. May be wrong.

I have just been reading the statement again and I am still astounded at the way it is written ....the following two points especially !

If this guy is one of the rumored potential investors I have just been having a look at the Newcastle jets attendance figures and assume they would be very comparable with our average if we managed to get to Championship status. An average of 9041 for the 16/17 season...high of nearly 12000 and lowest of 5642. The niggling fact is it probably isn't even him.

Lowe just signed for Bury player coach and Chopra training with Hartlepool with a view to sign . I know these two are getting on in years and obviously their best days are behind them but who would think they could have a done a job for us ?
