But not for the 100 club or match day corporate/sponsors boxes.

They have the option of the Main stand now. Maybe a statement for those they cannot reach but maybe will pick it up off the website

The club as kept me informed throughout the process of what was going on regarding my two 100 club tickets.

I am sure any box owners would also have been kept in the communication loop.

Do you not think that by continuing to fill his pockets you are giving him incentive carry on what he is doing? Are you even aware what he’s doing?

    What’s the alternative ?.

People weren’t queuing up to buy the club from Simon Corney. Whilst to me the FLG should be trying to buy out Abdullah first ..... then sort out the OEC and ground.

Its my team what do you suggest I do ? Buy a season ticket ?  Not bother going ( that’s not an option) ?.............

  4. I really am puzzled by all this. The  figures just DO NOT add up.

If the club can make £500 thousand pound profit a year from the OEC then Blitz is a business man and would have done it himself .

All the major banks would be queuing up to lend you the £7 Million pound you required to purchase the ground OEC and all the land.

Numerous entrepreneurs and wealthy landlords would be queuing up for something that returns full value in 14 years as an ongoing asset.

Even better when one of the directors owns the company that is going to build the houses on the land................ seems like a massive conflict of interest to me.

To me it just seems like its all wishful thinking

If you intend to go to every home game, why would you not have bought a season ticket?

    Good Question.

I have been a 100 club member with 2 season tickets every season since its inception.

At the moment no one can tell me where my £750 per 100 club season ticket is going are OAFC receiving it or the OEC ? for a standard

I do not want to pay £280 to the football club in one payment as listening to all the rumours the season ticket money received for the season has all ready been spent.

I would rather pay £25.00 per game and sit in the main stand as at least I know that money will go to the club.

Also hopefully paying on the day will add to the cash flow of OAFC and cannot be spent until I have paid to attend a game.

Just my thoughts even though I know personally if I buy a season ticket it works out at roughly £11.00 per game as opposed to £25 I hope this might assist the club.....................

  6. As the season is fast approaching as we all know things are not great. We seem to all be bickering about numerous things the manager, the players , were the money goes. he said she said what if ect ect.

Despite for the first time in years I have as yet not bought a new season ticket. I will be attending every home game cheering on and supporting who ever pulls on that  blue shirt.

As I have since my grandad took me in 1967 . Because that's what we all do its in the blood.

Lets try and enjoy the season in what ever direction it sends us.

    COME ON YOU BLUES................................................................

Neil Joy, Mark Moisley & Corney all said on more than one occasion that all matchday income from the North Stand went into the football club - now I am not by any stretch saying those three were bastions of truth (especially Corney) but who showed you these figures? If its a man that releases statements Goebells would be proud of then I would question their legitimacy

Not factually Correct.what was left after the OEC charges  OAFC got. Which in the case of my 100 club season tickets was not very much.

Do you honestly believe that Blitz took no money from the club on match days. For most of the time up until recently that was the OECs  only revenue stream.

As I have said Previously I will support my Team first OAFC not the OEC.

But you're one of 100 people, usually fewer, being catered to in the comfort of the 100 club bar.

I'm one of hundreds queuing like cattle below you hoping they don't run out of £3.50 pies. The overheads are way lower.

I can see where the extra goes/is needed....

Not really there are always way more than 100 people in the OEC stand. Also there are all the executive boxes and there food .

I will always support my Team first. I want OAFC to benefit from the tickets and Food and drinks I purchase not the OEC.

    Just my take on things.

I might be wrong but, would each £12.75 not also cover paying all the staff working in there on a matchday and numerous other overheads rather than just the food?

If Abdallah has presented it to you, and others, so simplistically could there be a possibility he's attempted (and succeeded it would seem) to mug you right off?

The figures all added up to me. There was no way OAFC where making any money from my 100 Club season tickets. however with the drinks I purchased and the counter charge To OAFC I am sure the OEC where making a profit.

I take your point on staff, however OAFC have staff and overheads at there food outlets would you be happy paying £12.75 for a pie and a few peas ?
