garcon
I'm sure some will still somehow claim "we wuz robbed" when Micah is finally sold "cheap". Those who thought our £4-5m was already money in the bank, that is.
Ketsbaia
If this is true (which it probably isn't), all I can say is that I told some of you several times over that he wouldn't be sold for anything like the £20 million-plus that was being spoken about. He's good but was never that good, nor really showed such potential. A lesson to us not to get carried away. So if it isn't true, as you suggest, then all your warnings were worth jack-scheisse, yeah?
Corporal_Jones
So if it isn't true, as you suggest, then all your warnings were worth jack-scheisse, yeah? No evidence has been presented to suggest that it's true. That doesn't, however, alter the fact that he isn't worth anything like £20 million and never will be. I don't blame people for getting excited at the prospect of £4-5 million coming our way, but, sadly, it was no more than a pipe dream.
