I think this takes in all the surrounding towns and such. I go up alot to a town like Oldham (but alot smaller and sh**ter) that has a Celtic and Rangers pub directly across from one another. Riot vans parked outside as the two sets goad each other and anyone wandering on the wrong side of the road certainly know's about it.
