You need something like DVD Fab, which is an excellent video converting programme for portable media devices. It's not free, but not too expensive at the same time. Or you can try Videora which is a clunky yet free programme, but does the job. Although, it seemed pretty random whether it got it spot on or got the lip sync some way out sometimes.
