TheBigDog Posted November 7, 2012 Share Posted November 7, 2012 At half time we had had 2 shots with 1 on target - seemed to reflect what the match report stated that we were extremely poor for the first 45 minutes At full time we had had 12 shots with 2 on target - again probably an accurate reflection of the increased effort in the second period. What does concern me is how few of our attempts are actually on target - shots and headers tend to go high and wide. Poor technique or lack of composure when in sight of the goal? Whichever it is - it tells me that we need to practise a little bit more on the training ground - right lads, aim for the big net thingy between the posts...
