UEFA has made it clear that the more serious offence is showing the logo of a betting company on underpants while celebrating a goal, which carries a fine of 20,000 euros more than the fine imposed for the improper conduct of Serbia's supporters, specifically racist behaviour, during and at the end of the match, as well as for the improper conduct of the Serbia players at the end of the game.
