Try to be realistic in terms of money and availability.....also "curve ball" choices such as ex-players with dodgy knees who are ready for their first foray into management. My initial thought would be Nigel Adkins, did a good job at Scunnie, an excellent job at Southampton after which his stock has fallen. I think it might be being discussed in those No problem, Palmer....just wanted to get away from messages regarding players and tactics to a simple realistic choice...eg manager spotting has a lot of joke messages about Rosler going into hiding.
