I havent renewed my season ticket and I was going to just boycott the home games but continue to do aways but can i really justify travelling all over the Country watching some French teams fifth tier ressies cast offs..

We need to oust the fuckwit as soon as possible..

I know its only preseason BUT this has to be the worst Oldham squad ever assembled , we are going to be relegated by Christmas with this shower of shit...

Abdallah FC are going to be setting up friendlys as conference club this time next year..

Just watched Peter Clarke for Fleetwood vs Burnley, kept Jay Rodriguez quiet in the first half and was organising everybody around him, would definitely still do a job for us..played 70 mins..

Ground not owned by the club, owner an absolute bellend and refuses to pay the going rate..

If the Club / AL doesnt own the NorthStand/JimmyFrizzellStand why would we want to put fans in it if it wasnt financially beneficial to our Club

The FLG dont own any part of the ground and have simply taken over the day to day running of the OEC (Oldham Event Centre).

Or have I missed something

How i see it is we as fans will have a choice you either pay to do the hospitality in OEC with their profits going to pay blitz and co their rent and any other profits being split between the FG or you can sit in the RE or mainstand and contribute to the wages of the players and the running of OAFC...

As much as i cant stand AL and the way he works we need to ensure that the money generated on match days are for the club, the FG will attempt to suffocate AL to force him out but my worry will be what will happen if the FG between them don’t have the funds to carry on with the day to day running of the club and we may then become a club owned by the fans but we could be finacially worse off than ever before..

This club is rivalling Bolton and Bury for being a laughing stock..

Inhouse fighting with absolutely nothing to gain other than causing friction between supporters..

We currently have a piss poor squad, a lunatic owner and a set of fans wanting to oust him by owning the rights to our only decent stand..

I can see this being played out in court and until then all those who have already bought their season tickets in the Joe Royle stand will be relocated..

Played on trial for Fleetwood Town tonight in a 1 nil win over Wrexham,  not good enough for Abdallah though

Is AL at risk of making us a professional outfit again by employing people who are actually needed to run a club, i wish her the best of luck.. she’s gonna need it..

IIRC the whole club was £3m. that's £250k saving. We have a half a team and most of the non football team staff, so what  is that. Maybe £1m more fooball staff?  That's approx £85k. Pre season training starts in a few weeks and we currently have no manager and a depleted squad...

fucking sickening how far we have been allowed to drop with Bury, Rochdale, Fleetwood, Accy, Blackpool, Tranmere and Bolton all looking forward to rivalries next season..
