Can I mention one person who I think deserves it my work collegue Andy who also looks after the match day cctv at Boundary Park keeping us all safe on a match day .who is currently in the CCU at Royal Oldham Hospital after a heart atack attack two weeks ago get well soon mate

Engineering work is taking place in the London Euston area, closing some lines on the approach to London Euston station.
Avanti West Coast:
Services will run to an amended timetable all weekend, with some trains running earlier or later than usual.
Additionally, trains between North Wales and London Euston will be amended to run between North Wales and Crewe only.
It is not yet known how London Northwestern Railway will be affected by this engineering work.
Check before you travel:
These changes are not currently shown in the National Rail Enquiries Journey Planner, please check back nearer to the time of travel.

there is the option of changing at sheffield and st pancras international for £69.10 return departing manchester picc 08.43 arr west sutton 13.22 hope this helps some

Bizarrely it’s quieter in crisis than in the normal times.maybe because we have been so skint for so long and cut the club back so far to the bone pre covid its now barely affecting us and we are just able to tick along on hand outs from FL and money from cups that its not noticeable. unlike more " successful " clubs who were working to much bigger budgets and now are struggling
