  1. It's not a case of just being into football violence for some people, it's a matter of not taking shit. Yesterday a couple of Oldham fans were getting beaten and some people thought fuck that, and ran over and backed them up. Hence why I think it was preventable and down to poor policing. Obviously you think differently. I'm just glad I'm not in the trenches with you and a few others on here.
  2. You give the impression that you behave the way you are, due to not having a slap when you were younger.
  3. Like I keep repeating it was a high risk game, people expected trouble. It was no surprise there was trouble. But the police failed.
  4. We are talking about the old fella who was knocked down after the match. Were you there?
  5. Surely they would have had some training for these situations??
  6. There was more police there than people who was after trouble and they still failed
  7. Yes. I blame the police for not preventing trouble from happening. Nowt to do with the way people behaved. It was preventable.
  8. Not only that, there was around 20 van loads parked up on Edenfield Road, so why couldn't they attend to the incident to prevent the charge from happening?
  9. You said yourself you left early, so I don't know how you can have a true opinion tbh.
  10. I'm talking at the end of the game. The Sandy Lane exits at the opposite end to the Wilbuts Lane, whereas The Peal Street and Wilbuts Lane exit together. So it was obvious where trouble was going to be. Obviously the old bill were on Sandy Lane
  11. They were charging because they were out of position due to their incompetence. They were stood at the Sandy Lane End when it wasn't hard to figure out the trouble would be at the opposite end of The Wilbuts Lane Stand where the fans left together and majority heading in the same direction towards town.
  12. Exactly. It was a high risk game. That's why the policing should have been better. Wonder how much the policing bill was yesterday? I have never seen so many after the match before. And they couldn't control 50-100 bellends.
  13. I totally agree. I can't believe the thinking of some people on here. Like you said it's unbelievable.
  14. Erm... do their jobs properly. They only appeared once the trouble had happened. Probably too busy having brews and biscuits. What was the point of them being there? Fucking useless.
  15. The old fella was just leaving the ground minding his own business. But obviously with your twisted theory the damage had already been done by other dickheads so the tactical aid units response was justified
  16. Is that how it works for games like Burnley/Blackburn, United/Liverpool etc? The police just hope that everybody can behave??
  17. Ok so its fine for hundreds of fans to congregate at the bottom and drink alcohol. Good thinking
  18. I don't give a fuck about any statements, you haven't acknowledged any of my points.
  19. So the GMP and Taurus who's job it is to prevent any trouble, didn't have any responsibility at all then? Everybody knew it was going to be dickhead day out, so why didn't they prepare for it properly.
  20. You're misunderstanding my point. But going off your theory, if it's acceptable for the Rochdale fans to lay a few digs, it must to fine for Latics fans to run over and get stuck in as well?? Either violence is acceptable or unacceptable, your opinion has double standards
  21. A high risk game should be policed to prevent trouble, not just hope that everybody can be responsible. We know from many times in the past that is never the case
