I have enough crap organisations in my life (I work for the NHS) to try and change from within. I do it all day every day, and can not do it in my personal time without heading straight for a nervous breakdown.

I feel the Trust has lost its way (that is how it looks from the outside), so I have no desire to get involved. I doubt I'm the only one who feels that way. I can imagine the reason there are only 7 directors now is because of the feelings of hopelessness. Hopelessness is often caused by poor leadership.

If the Trust appeared better run, and in better shape to the people looking in from the outside, I expect many more people would be willing to give up their time to get involved - but how does that happen without new people getting involved?<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

    Couldn't have put it better if i were a ghost writer for a director of the club myself <img src="http://www.owtb.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

So you have experience of working within a multifacete group and know how to do things the right way !!

Great news, if you know the right way to do things - Ill pick you up for meetings and maybe you can help change from the inside...
