Aye, I was being tongue in cheek with the Failsworth issue.

I think if the move to Failsworth eventually happens, then a town centre outlet would become a absolute permanent necessity.

This would be fine if the club was run by volunteers. It's not. It has many paid employees and by volunteering to do for free what they get paid for people are endangering their employment.

 

This is not the same as attending a poker night or some other type of benefit.

 

Basically, how would you like it if someone pitched up at your work place and offered to do your job for free. Would you be chuffed?

I think you'll find that a lot of people you don't see behind the scenes are volunteers.

This is a superb idea from the club, just need one in the Trafford Centre now. It may even mean a few more fans through the turnstiles at long last.

I imagine it would be easier to allow us access to the full match in 2 parts rather than edited highlights. I'd not pay any more for the privilege though as it is footage they already have, and I feel it is already enough money.

Great idea these. For the future, it would be an idea to create extra pages for the album by using the matchday programme (more sales), where the middle spread of the programme is a chance to create a big team poster out of the stickers, a star player poster, friendly matches etc allowing you to collect extra/exclusive stickers = ££££

Now that would be superb. I believe LaticsPlayer video etc relies on the Flash plugin, so us iPhone users have nae chance of it happening.

A Latics app would be a nice start, news, goals, table, fixtures, pics etc. Not too difficult at all, you just need ££££ to make it happen.
