Also, a bit of a reality check for some, those interviewed were their assistant manager, Holloway, Knill, Gary Brabin and Andy Ritchie...put's some of the names being banded about on here into context!

What happened to the £20m development, how come were now talking about £14m?

Looking at other models, £20m would go quite far and give us a smart new ground, although £14m (when you take into account the non-stadium investments i.e. pitches etc) wouldn't.

I've heard that were after a midfielder from Rangers, on loan at Bradford last year and out of contract.

Never really seen him play but he's a down to earth lad who WANTS to play for Latics, that says a lot considering where we have signed him from so I think its a good signing.
