I think anyone who slates Eardley would do well to remember when we had Barry Prenderville in the side, and count themselves very lucky.

Cheers, Rummy. I'm now going to spend the rest of the morning reading the Kriss Akabusi stories.

Last week Shezza said he would not be playing me in the games against Millwall on Saturday and Leeds on Monday. It was a fair shout as the matches were in quick succession and so instead of sitting on the bench at the New Den, I told him to put a young lad in my place so he could get some appearance money.
But my understanding of this was that I would then be involved against Leeds. However, this time I was stuck on the bench and only came on for the final few minutes which was embarrassing and insulting.
So, you were told you weren't being played, but still interpreted it to mean you'd be involved against Leeds? Hmmm, okay.
Mind you, you were involved, so I don't quite see what the problem is.

Of course we have. But I'd wager that the vast majority of us don't perform our tasks for the direct enjoyment of others.
Even the smallest event can have an adverse effect on a player's career. If this rumour is true then it's sad to hear.

You can have mine if you want.

My only experience of Mr. O'Grady is at Tranmere away, where he came on and looked a very tidy player. I'd much rather have him in the side than a loanee.

You've just aged the poor lad 4 years, Ed. (Not Liddell, obviously.)
I thought we were poor last night. Too many aimless long balls forward, not enough pressure on Leeds when they had the ball, and a general lack of confidence. Leeds looked assured, bright and very hungry, and can consider themselves unlucky, on the balance of play, not to come away with three points.
Funnily enough, though, I thought only Hazell had a bit of a 'mare. Maybe Taylor, too. Gregan, Jones, Maher, Smalley, Fleming and Kabba all had good games.
A very good point for us, all things considered.

Assuming you're coming from Charing Cross side, walk straight across the Square onto Pall Mall, take your next right onto Haymarket and it's slap bang in front of you.

About 10 seconds later my phone rang. Not a chance on earth I was answering that then.
The missus rung me whilst we were sat on the train waiting for it to set off. Similarly, I ignored it then text her calling her a silly moo. What was she thinking!?

Who took the pictures in the George post-game? The doormen and the manageress weren't best pleased...

Which one of you big bollocked boys would call him to his face eh?
I would. I can run faster than him.

Four of us sat on a table trying our hardest not to burst out laughing = genuinely one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do.
"Miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiillllllllllllllllll..."
Up yours, you scumbags.

Being a full back, I'm constantly faced with the Gaudy Boots Brigade. Nothing better than spoiling their day with a couple of meaty challenges (ball first, obv.)

Sung in abundance yesterday, along with "Andy Ritchie's magic...".
My throat hurts today.

I'm going to continue my crusade in here:
Maher and Lee in centre midfield. Nothing against Allott, but I'd love to see M&L given a few games together.
