Any dirt dished on Mr Corney?
Id rather let someone from the trust go into any detail but it appears there was a lot more left for AL to deal with than he expected and sounds like hes put a fair bit of money in to deal with that.
Sounds like we are in a better place than we were but still a lot to sort out.
Also sounds like the trust have a much better working relationship with the new owner so hopefully going forward they will be able to provide more info from the club as well have more of an avenue to provide feedback to the owner from the fans than they did under SC

Not like the trust to keep things quiet...
It didnt finish until 9pm last night. They need time to actually write the notes up and will probably be in work today.

Big thank you for those who attended tonight's AGM
Good to meet you all last night. How much of the info from last is going to be published? I think putting out some that info out there would be good for that link between the trust and the fans that couldnt attend. I personally think some of it was really useful and i think it would stop some people jumping to conclusions.

Yes I will attend

To six on a six month loan from Palace according to Matt Chambers on twitter

Motm for me was 4.Overall a decent performance by this new team and unlucky not to score but again we need a fox in the box to put away the chances we create.Signs of promise though for sure.
Not MOTM for me, did some very nice things but also made a few mistakes, worth a short term contract though. Reads the game well and some good interceptions but silly fouls

A pacy left winger and a goalscorer needed, not keen on Josh Law at right back gets turned too easily. The two centre backs, left back and defensive midfieders are fine I would hope once the season starts Flynn and Banks will impose themselves on the game more. Croft good again.
Yeah a good left winger and striker and I think we have a pretty decent side. I do think with a couple more games McKay and Erwin could be a good partnership. I think Id need to see more of Law to make a proper judgement. The other three at the back and the keeper look solid though. I liked Banks, Green and Flynn in mid.
We still look a little short of fitness and sharpness and its a shame we dont have a few more games before the season starts.

I think the one up top was paul garita. Def looked like him.
The starting 11 looked good. Easily a match for wigan and i actually think there is goals in that front two once they get a couple more games. Paul is a def sign for me, controlled the game. The number 4 worth a contract and reminded me of dieng

It's very easy for those who have the ability to rejig their finances to think others must be able to do the same. However, there will be fans unable or unwilling to put the purchase on a credit card or to free up the necessary cash two or three months earlier than expected. If you can't appreciate that, you're obviously in a fortunate position.
Having said that, it's a good offer for those able to take advantage. As the saying goes, the club can't please all of the people all of the time. It's tough :censored: for those not able to buy now.
I do appreciate there are some people that are not going to be able to get the money together in the timeframe and can understand people who dont want to use a credit card. I was just trying to say that if your someone on low income who is a regular season ticket holder i would have thought most would put some away each month so would by now be close to having their money for next seasons tickets by now. Hopefully not many people will miss out on it.
On the cash flow point im sure they are short as there was only 1 home game in feb and the club probably do need the cash injection because of that and that they will still be paying out for things on the stand but its probably unlikely that we are close to going onto administration like some people speculate on here
I think a lot of people on this forum tend to take anything with latics where we dont have all the info and automatically come to the worst case scenario when its generally never that bad. Its the main reason I tend to be not that active on here anymore.
-
I honestly dont get your point on this. We are near to when they normally start selling tickets anyway. If you're someone that doesnt have much income and are getting a season ticket then surely you would have been saving up throughout the year and be pretty much nearly there by now. The deal is a gamble for anyone and you could get the ticket just before the last game and get the same discount as everyone else.Still needs paying back tho doesnt it. If you were going to CC your ST in May, then yeah CC it today and hit up the potential good deal.
So. If you have £350 going spare at three days notice, it's a good deal.
Like I said.
You can do it over the phone so getting down to the ticket office in time shouldn't be an issue.
-
What if the club goes into administration?
How is this any different from any other season. We are just paying for our ST a few weeks earlier than normal
-
I really like the kits but the photos are :censored:e. I hope they didnt actually pay money for them.

I ordered 8 new season tickets yesterday using the online e ticketing web page.
I was not asked to provide the individual names of each season ticket holder to put on the booklets, I am presuming they will all be under my name which is not ideal.
Has anybody else had this issue?
Yeah was wondering this myself as I did 6 my name

Yeah the were on about that when i was there. Def staying in the main stand as they want it looking out at the new stand. They have not decided anything yet but def a possibility where the current directors box especially if there is a live telivised game. May have to relocate a few people sat around there if they do it
