Just noticed that we didn't have a keeper on the bench on sat. Does anyone know who would have gone in on sat if Fleming got sent off (or went off injured)?

Allott and Lomax had nightmares.

 

Crossley at fault - if you're going to come for it, you have to get it and he didn't.

 

When we kept it on the ground we scored goals. When we hoofed it we looked poor.

 

Work rate was good at times, although if we have a throw near our own corner flag a little movement helps the thrower chaps!

 

Taylor was magnificent and we have again won a game where we didn't play all that well.

Agree with most of this. Felt a bit for Lomax, his defending was ok but he couldn't find a blue shirt with a pass all night. He needed one of the more experianced guys to go over and have a word to calm him down.

As much as Crossley is a legend, ive thought for a couple of months he's legs are not up to it any more, too slow and cant jump. Time to take a back seat and coach the younger lads and play as back up to Fleming

I thought Maher was alot better than Allott tonight, was surprised (but wasnt) to see Maher come off for Whitts. He may have scored but he wasnt at the races really today MA.

I thought Maher was decent tonight, Allott should be on the bench for a couple of games, time to give whitts and Maher a chance.

I was refering to the other two times she called him Davies, surely if it was a relation she would have said Craig?

As for Smalley, I'd have had him on for Lidds at half time. Who scored in the 49th minute? lol

Yeah its typical, Lidds was s**t but then he scores the free kick and redeems himself

would like to see Byrne start at Stockport and Allesandra dropped. Stam had a bad game and Lewis needs to sort himself out as he was gash today

Disappointed with the hoofball up to Hughes. Where were the diagonal passes in to feet? Why didn't we use Taylor and Lidds more?

 

We should have run rings round them but didn't.

 

Thought they should have had a penalty too - though Dickinson should have been given a second yellow late on too.

I thought Davies should have come on instead of O'Grady and Smalley should have come on sooner, they couldnt handle Taylor's and Smalley's pace at all

Honestly, we have a couple of PR announcements that haven't been handled so well and we possibly rotated a couple too many players and get beaten by a Championship side, the world didn't end. Corney is off his rocker, Eardley is :censored:, squabble squabble...

 

We are top of the :censored:ing League you know... It's a rollercoaster, but the nack is to at least enjoy it when we are on a good bit!
