I don't why ur going mental at dickov he's not done too badly in what is his 1st season. He got some very young players to gel and preform for the first half of the season, but the foot came of the pedal around Christmas with the bad weather and confidence / inconsistence set in because we have a young squad.

 

We can pretty much predict that Stephens is going to go in summer, just comments from Furmans facebook gives it away that the rest of the squad kno he aint coming bck.

He was onlly ever here on a 12 months contract the first time round! The point is he has never ruled out a longer stay and I think from all the sense he has spoken since returning, forget the sentiment he is one of the best choices we could make for next season!

I love Joe as much as the next Tic but if this doesn't show that Shez was making the best of what he had then I don't know what does!

I would have this comment if it wasn't for the fact the Shez signed every single one of these players bar the younger ones who were already here (and Supple of course). I was a big supporter of Shez but this is his team and they aren't fit enough, aren't committed enough and aren't good enough ultimatley to do what is required to even get us into the play offs never mind actually get promoted!

Pleased weve gone back to 4-4-2, we dont suit the 4-3-3/4-5-1 at all.

I'm a bit bemused with this... Don't get me wrong he has missed some sitters but without his 18 goals where would be?? Same total as Beckett we all wanted to sign him. 2 short of Porter (maybe 3) and none would have got rid of him given the chance. Yes he's a big time charlie but he does get goals.
