That was a game we had to win, but could easily have drawn, so well done latics
not the best game ever, but a solid performance and a well deserved victory
Gardner was back to near his best , mom for me and ran himself into the ground
Pringle is a good player to have st this level
Holloway won every high ball played to him and took his goal well
Dummy’s goal was special
Gerrard dug in and hopefully he’s through his bad spell
what’s happened to Johny?
looked like another mistake for their goal.
Moimbe looked out of position a few times in the first half, but in the second half improved a lot, several good forward runs and at least one great interception on the edge of our box
Kean loooked out of sorts for the first half hour, but improved after that and played well for the rest of the game
i thought Davies did ok and held the ball up we
Nazon looks like he’s got a few goals in him, but should have put the one on one chance away
McLaughlin did well and made a great cross for the second
Bradford made several cynical challenges and on a different day could easily have had at least one sent off
all in all a well won 3 points
phew

Bradford are a team of whingers , in the image of their manager

Think it was in the early to mid 80’s

Our record there - I started going in 86
86/87 L0-1
87/88 L0-1
88/89 L1-3
89/90 L0-1
90/91 L0-2 missed pen Ritchie
92/93 L0-2 missed pen Marshall
93/94 L0-1
01/02 L0-2
Graveyard, even when we switched an away game back to BP in the early 80s they battered us 3-0!
Can’t wait...
What year was it when one of our outfield players (Jon Bowden?) went in goal to replace an injured goalie and made some good saves?
we all sang ‘England’s no.1’

Doyle is definitely signing. 1000000 percent...
That’s good
let’s hope we get the one or two defenders too

It is very much an Abdallah signing...
Currently on loan at Cov from Wolves
scored 6 in 21 at Coventry and also played for Haiti national team
can we expect goals and Cruyff turns?
Is is there anyone else lined up to sign before the transfer window closes?

Oldham Athletic have called a 3:30pm press conference to make a major announcement.
Keep checking the club's official website and social media channels for more information.

He must be a midfielder then...
Or a goalie
or more likely an impact sub , when he feels like it

Bryan and Byrne looks like they wont be playing, not registered yet acvording to Wellens or is our manager playing a fast one again!!
Hope he’s playing a fast one, but have a feeling that they’re not yet registered

First thing I thought of when reading Posh away, was ‘so Becks will play ‘

I predict that someone at Latics will wish they had a better spell checker.
Tomorrow’s youth game between Oldham Athletic and York City has been postponed due to a waterlogged pit
Aye lad

For today
Bryan and Byrne to be registered and available to play on Saturday at Peterborough
hopefully a striker comes in on loan, but not JCH please

Realistically all we need to do is stay up this season and build for the next.
Bryan back at CB and someone to cover for Doyle until hes (hopefully) back should see us right
When the takeover is done and these signings are available , it would be good for the owners to do an offer on season tickets that gives us an opportunity to sell more and get bums back in seats for next season
