  1. In his interview he says it will be a new challenge playing at this level.

Am I thinking of a different Shefki Kuqi who spat his dummy out and threw his boots on the pitch after he was sent off playing against us for Wednesday when Shez scored a pen and the whole ground cheered?

Unless he's seen us play and is assuming we are league 2 standard!!!

  2. What. Is. Up. Bitches?

I'm down the day before the game for a piss up with work, so I'll be in the capital on the Saturday and figured I might as well complete the agony of a monster hangover by watching Latics fail to beat Orient again.

    So, who's in?

    ps. It's Saturday 17th September

I'm out I'm afraid. I'll be tanning my b@lls in Greece.

Have fun and more importantly, behave yourself.

  3. Bollocks.

Shouldn't have appealed in the first place.

Why shouldn't they have appealed for a run out? The Indians did nothing wrong.

Facts - Ball never went to the boundary and when thrown in Bell was out of his crease.

    Bell's fault 100%.

  4. Stupidity from Bell.

It wasn't like the Collingwood one when someone got taken out and wasn't their fault.

Morgan knew it and I think Bell knew it when he was half way down the track.

As we say in football, you play till the whistle.

Fair play to India, but for me there is a difference between spirit of the game and serves you right!

  5. Snap. Agree and although always a blue I have seen very few games in past twelve months as saving cash. Used to live in Leadmill, then Devonshire Court and Opal 1 but now got our own apartment on Upper Allen Street in Q4 above West Street. Considering its 35 miles to home the cost on public transport is poor. I have my own car but cost of parking crazy in City so choose to leave at home.

That must have been difficult getting to sleep!

  6. Were your employers making numerous public statements that the company's money had run out, that there was no light at the end of the tunnel, that they couldn't afford to pay you, and that "people should be worried, i'm worried"? I'm sorry but it can't be a coincidence that they've gone from beating Hartlepool 4-0, having the majority of possession most games and looking a match for pretty much anyone in the division to playing with no confidence and being unable to hit a cow's arse with a banjo, at the exact same time that all the attention has switched to what's happening off the pitch. They haven't just turned into bad players en masse overnight.

No they weren't. But to be honest no one in the public would have cared. Internally it was known we were looking for a smaller office, so hence people being made redundant. It just spurred me on to work harder if anything, rather than sitting back and waiting for the inevitable job losses.

  7. Still no wins since the doom and gloom descended after the Charity Commission's decision. I'm sure that's just a coincidence though, what with professional footballers being robots who aren't affected by what happens off the pitch.

In my previous job my company were trying to move for about 5 years. Never once did it bother me, I was never gutted when a move feel through (which happened about 3 or 4 times).

The players are employees, not fans.
