Saw a table comparison earlier which shows us picking up 30pts in the last 17 games - which equates to 81pts over the season. That's automatic material.

Since 2 games after Shez took over (after 26 games with 21 points) we've played 17 games and got 30 points (43 games and 51 points).

That means an average of 30/17 = 1.764705882352941 points per game.

Multiply this by 43 games (if we had kept this form up all season) and we would currently lie in 3-4th (depending on Walsall's result in their game in hand). It is roughly 50% more points achieved in 50% less games than previous two managers combined.

From 2nd bottom to third = some improvement under Shez.

Some interesting posts on general election voting - you do all realise that in a general election your vote has no effect on the party in overall power but solely counts towards your local mp (there is no such thing as voting for a party)? Extremely worrying that people don't grasp that

This referendum should be one of the easiest questions in history, but as ever the English public are contriving to bollocks it up.

 

Leaving the EU would be the single most stupid thing Britain has ever done, not because we couldn't survive it but because it would basically be an entire country ignoring all the evidence and voting for a jump into the dark because we are upset at something we cannot define.

 

Quite aside from that, I actually feel a kinship with Europeans which I am surprised more people don't share, and finally the EU project has fundamentally ended warfare in one of the most turbulent areas in the World. What's not to like?
