  1. :) translation? lol oj

basically why do people jump up when we are attacking the RRE if you sat in you bloody seat you would still be able to see the ball rocket in the back of the net, and would not miss a thing so why do it ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? the play is right in front of you, and when kicking towards the chaddy, people stay sat down when the play is at the other end of theof the field,

mentality right out the window wiv that one, dont have people immediately in front that stand up all game, apart from a couple of young whiipper snappers bout two or three rows in front but do get told by others to sit

  2. I wish that people would stop going on and on and on about the negativity

The recent poll on here showed clearly that the vast majority of fans support Shez. The last three games have been won and that has given all a lift - prior to that there was concern (and rightly so) about the performances and the downward spiral.

So give it a break would ya? We are doing well so just emphasise the positive huh?

    Rant over

well done my good man, glad im not the only one that has picked up the unnecessary and ridiculous, ridiculous negativity that gets branded about on here, it would be nice to know from all the doom and gloom merchants what is exactly u want

  3. I'm sure there have been plenty but one that sticks out in my mind is 'Killer' Kilclines at Elland rd.

back in the late 80s early 90s.

He headed the ball with such power past Jon Hallworth (i think) he didn't have a cat in hells chance of stopping it.

Can anyone provide a video link to that goal? it would be good to relive my horror..... :(

    ===========================================================

spot on cant remember any better OG than that one

  4. its strupidity, end no one yet cn give me an explqnation, when kicking towards the RRE why do people have to jump up no need u can still see sat dwn just as well as u can stood up, dont make any sense whatsoever,

this argument will go on and on and on, bu the standers cannot provide a reasonable point for doing so, or no one as so far apart from " we want to stand" ????????????????

  5. So, there i am at Old Trafford after one of my suppliers took me on a night out with free beer, free food, and a game of football to watch. My supplier is stood in the queue for the betting office to put me a £5 bet on tevez to score first, and a hand grabs my shoulder. I turn round to be greeted by Mr Simon Corney. I dont know who was more suprised to see who.

And to add to a great night, i won £22.50 on a bet that didnt cost me anything. Then ended up VERY drunk and fell through my door at christ knows what time.

my good man i cant believe uyou would even contemplate going fo the f in place, let alone exprsssing you had, free beer or not they would haveto throw me a lot and i mean a lot of money if they wanted me to go and even then i proably wouldnt

  6. Some people live in gaga land.

If Shez went its not a matter of who we would get as opposed to who would take it ??

    BIG difference.

Back in 1990 when we played Utd in semi they were all saying if we won then AF would be sacked.

proportionately he had far more resources than Shez at the time and look how he struggled.

Admitted that under Shez we have had some really bad games but we have also had some of the best performances since big Joe -

Leeds twice away , Everton , Huddersfield away , Scunny , Forest to name a few.

We expect too much , get real , and wake up to the fact we are a financilly struggling team in League one with gates bearly covering 5000. Losing money and fortunately owners who rescued us from the mire.Probably in the league one of well off we would be in the relegation zone but we expect promotion !!!!!

I think given time he will get it right but admit he has a few faults that need ironing out.

His two main probems appear to be -

1/ Man management (think i read on a post somewhere that he is struggling not be one of the boys) thats the biggest problem in any management job when promoted from within.

    2/ Dithering with transfer targets.

I think when he gets them right then he will be a good manager.

The issue is do we give him time or get somebody else in , start from scratch (because they will want their own players in) and put up with their faults ??

scummers where talking abou Taggart being sacked if they had lost to Forest in the third round before Mark Robins Saved bacon in that round and it continued, seems like a lot of scummers who were around then, have erased it fom the memory, WOuld that happen to Shez out brigsde if we went to beeter things wiv him

    I say give Shez time.

  7. would use most systems befoe wot i think i the dreadful 4-51- never liked it - prefer the tadiitional 4-4-2 - and would use 4--3-3

and even try something different lie 4-4-1-1 yes strange i know, but i remember us trying the 451 years ago playing Graeme sHARP up front on his own and hated it

  8. shez out not for me, at this stage(but voted to give him to the end of the season we are still in with a shout of promotion, only a few points from auto wiv a definite shout for the playoffs

would like to ask though, from the managerial merry go round that goes on at our level, who all the shez out brigade would bring in? now

  9. Being a messageboard where all things positive and negative can be discussed, I think if you look hard enough (or not really that hard in all honesty) you'll find plenty of positive posts (most likely merged, nevertheless) about Saturdays game at Northampton. However, if you just want to read the one topic which has been hotly debated (I'm sure I needn't name that topic) and claim that some of us are just stuck under a cloud of doom by having such a discussion...then so be it. Myself...well I'll be telling it how it is...whether it's another superb Hazell display, or an excellent passing and patience game that downs Cheltenham (like we did in 2nd half on Sat) or another rash/hotheaded piece of stupidity from a player in the shirt. You'll have the right to choose whether to read that, or not, afterwards

maybe im looking through rose coloured spectacles, but for instance after northampton 3 points clean sheet bla bla, one of the first posts was bloody negative, i know its all about opinions but just cant understand it sometimes, and yes it gets to me BIG stlyle,
