Apparently he pulled off a wondersave to deny Owusu in the 95th minute, having seen the save, if that was a wondersave then so is every other save a keeper makes in a game owusu rolls it straight at him for a comfortable save to which crossley is already down committed. The comedy highlight was when Martin Alen sent a runner to shout "Higgsy" at their keeper from behind the goal at our end in the second half. The keeper couldn't hear him, so more and more Latics fans joined in with the "Higgsy" chant, until he eventually turned round to receive his instruction.
