You'd think he might have considered that before the second failed test.
Fair point. Perhaps he'd be better in the National League with Tranmere. There wasn't a single drug test in 15/16 in the National League. 16/17 figures unknown to me.

Erwin any day . Although Baxter has outstanding talent he used to go missing for long periods of a game. Also he seems to be addicted to a certain drug so can we trust him???? It would be a massive risk.
I imagine someone who has failed two tests in the last two seasons (two different drugs btw) will have the drug testers at the door every single week.

Depends how much "made available" is worth to Leeds. Nominal fee and sell-on clause? Sure. But if they want to recoup a significant proportion of the fee they paid - said to be around £300,000 - I'm less keen.
They seem to think that...
QuoteAnd while the club has allowed Erwin to leave on a free transfer, Leeds are interested in a sell-on clause for the Scottish striker.

Pleasing news and resolves the left back issue we have had for quite a long time.

As a side note, I think the club have handled his passing amazingly well and have shown a huge amount of compassion and respect.
Agree massively with this, they have done really well with it. The videos, comments from fans, other clubs etc.

Needs to be ready. A chance will present itself through injury or suspension and he needs to claim a spot as his own.

Moisley says we are owed money from a club with a large following we played in April. That's either Fleetwood (large following for them) Rochdale or Bolton. As we got a transfer embargo for not paying our football debts, will the offending club now get an embargo?
They definitely aren't talking about Fleetwood Town.

That goal.

A Lomax v Reckord poll would be fun.
Reckord isn't fit to lace Lomax's boots.

Maybe Corney could suggest we control the ticket sales side and take our cut before monies are passed over etc.
Have I missed a whoosh here?

Greedy league- Either loan players out to clubs now as you currently do or stop hoarding so many fucking players you need this B team nosense in the first place.
EPPP, England DNA, it's all a load of bollocks. There's a room at St George's Park with a clock counting down to the 2022 World Cup Final. I've been reading Michael Calvin's latest book and he spends time with Dan Ashworth the FA Director of Elite Development. Ashworth says it's shame clubs like City can't buy a club like Oldham, Bury and Rochdale to farm players out. Stop taking so many and we could just be playing them every week anyway.

And a decrease in the number of public statements by certain other board members, too.
Those cells under the Rochdale Road End came in handy at last.

He is certainly not the player he used to be, and, when he left the club I was glad to see him go as he was already on a downward slope to oblivion.
I'd agree he isn't the player he was. Not from what we have seen but a downward slope to oblivion after he left us is a bit much. Four seasons in the Championship and two Wembley appearances playing for Millwall and Blackburn he did alright for himself.
We've had plenty before who'd love a similar downward slope.

Once Clarke's run 15 yards and elbowed someone off the ball they'll have a valid case. Until then...

That's more than what Bury and Rochdale get most weeks combined.
I do miss the rivalry we used to have with Huddersfield and Tranmere. Maybe Wigan can be that side next year, cos Rochdale don't provide it.
Wigan were gone that long they'd forgotten about us. Fans of Wigan in their early 20's would have just about remembered playing us. Probably take a while to reignite that one.

Just to put the record straight, Calvin Andrew is not an unpleasant chap, and what he did to Clarke was completely out of character. He very rarely even gets booked. So I don't know what provoked him although his assault on Clarke was indefensible and Dale fans are in agreement with that.
Whatever provoked him....
He ran about 15 yards to do it. Never a moment of clarity when he thought maybe this isn't a good idea. Nice guy indeed.

There won't be a queue for Taylor's signature so Shez can have a look around first and see what else is available.

Of course, with such uninspiring seasons, you don't get that many staying behind these days.
Or people who do but get tired of waiting for kids and some Herbert in an ill fitting home kit (no Gerrard jokes) to get off the pitch.

Kangana,
Full time after the 2-2 at Sheffield Wednesday and he approached the away end kissing the badge. Fairly sure he smashed a free kick on to the Chaddy End roof on his debut as well. Memorable.

Why cant I vote for Brian Wilson at home to Charlton?
Because we were playing Bradford, Ste.

Quite content myself to see us replicate what we've seen under Sheridan in 2016 and 2017 over the course of a season.
it's very effective and we win games. Despite his claims I don't think we'll stray too far from this approach.
-
I can't see him being on a huge amount and he's very quick. Sign him.

Fantastic display, lots of hard work. We've done it enough lately to know it's not luck.
Special mention to Stott, a debut he can be very proud of.

It's a tough one. You'd have thought last season and the one before would have been the chance for one or two to force themselves in at the start, given how thin our squads were. Maybe first time managers fearing the sack from day one are going to look for experienced plodders over kids every time.
Yet a fairly recent example would be loaning Rasulo from MK just months after our lot battered his side in the national final. Makes little sense but then it was under Dunn.

They are still waiting to get the deal done for Karl Darlow. Once that happens things could change. I don't think Ripley will be back with us mind.
