I will never understand the Furman hate. He was offered a chance to win promotion and then get a shot at the championship that he did. He was out of the side a bit to Wes when he left and wasn't 1st choice despite being captain. Just more on, after all we beat his lot Saturday

LJ hasn't taken Latics forward and he isn't capable of it.

This is by far the worst squad in his time and he built it. He is living of a 10 game unbeaten run (mostly draws) has spunked his budget in the wrong area and is now left with players who at best are capable of 18th place looking at teams in this league

It's just my opinion and like the possitives one the negative lot should have their say

At this moment he would be better keeping quiet and doing talking on the pitch. I hope he proves me wrong and we dick donny tomorrow but I don't see this side having goals or keeping clean sheets which is a recipe for losing games

He takes off Winchester as he is easy to hook off as a young lad who doesn't appear to cause problems in the changing room

The 10 games last season are papering over the cracks for some and most of them were draws and keeping it tight at the back

Team is full of his ex teammates who if he genuinely thinks are decent players are letting him not just the club down

Doesn't seem to have the contacts to bring in players above our level like Dickov managed in Derbyshire's etc

I don't see where a win is coming from to be honest and I don't see him as the man to turn this around

I would seriuosly only giving him 5 games and if things don't improve hand him his p45 to piss off to his need stepping stone in Scotland instead of tinkering with tatics (poorly) week in week out at Latics

Hiding behind a low budget is crap this is his side and his job is too work with it, he knew when he took over that there was hardly 2p to rub together

Use loans and look at players from youth sides or championship clubs who have done the business in this league in the past
