Is Furman the creator we were fervently hoping for? The more I see him the more i'm convinced he's a more skilful and assured Worthington type growler. Perhaps we'll see more when we get genuine width in the team - same problems we had under Talbot so far (not a criticism of either BT or DP) but teams without two out and out wingers can't play expansive football, become narrow and the chances and goal dry up.

 

Hudds are showing the way so far, two out and out wingers and goalscorers galore. Whether teams will get wise to them remains to be seen but Millwall sounded like they were there for the taking and for the third time this season we've drawn a blank despite having a lot more of the ball.

just remember huddersfield have money to spend. we dont. they are alot bigger than us therefore can attract better players

Furman best player by far this afternoon. A forward thinking mid-fielder. Brill did not live up to his name . He cannot kick a ball and was glued to his goal-line.

yeah its not good but to be honest its not been good for a while now. we have always made silly mistakes that have cost us games.

it does need sorting though and with the season starting next week it need sortin quick

we look good going forward though and i think with abbot we have replaced hughes goal wise

the season starts in august...... transfer window shuts at the start of september...... plenty of time for signings...... no need to rush these things and get it wrong

got told today by a client of ours that theyre about to sponsor a player at oldham, he hasnt signed yet but hes on the verge of signin.

the only clue they gave me was that he was foreign and was currently in his country sorting things out.

No, it doesn't include the £50 kids tickets (see the ticket info on the official site). It would be a bit OTT to expect Latics to pay the kids £20 a season for the privilege of coming to watch!
