The premier league darts at the M.E.N is March 12th next year.
I went last year on Valentines day, well worth the silent treatment for a week,Quality night out!!!!
oafc_ok, Latics And England and me self had a belting night out at this last year - and we'll be there again.
Barney to win the worlds with any luck.

As most of you probably know, part of the Ernieflag concept this season has been to try and get clubs to run a piece in their programme when Latics come to town.
Without doubt, Peterborough have been the most receptive, requesting a longer piece than the one originally sent.
I have just received a copy of a page from the programme for this coming Saturday.
I hope this shows up OK on here.
Christ, that's a photo to scare the kids with.

I see that following the Portuguese Diving Prat's sending off in the derby, he is suspended from tomorrow's game versus B'Stard Rovers in the League Cup. That'll be a game he wouldn't have been picked for anyway then, and a competition that's got little to do with the premier league. Kind of like not being banned at all, if you prefer. Wonder which club will benefit from that one?
Isn't it time for suspensions only to count in the same competition?
-
I would have thought that all Latics fans would have known information like this.

cheers 26pack that was a good read mate,an punkster are you the bloke with big spikedhair who sits near the front of the rre?
Ta, but I don't even have the 6pack let alone the 26. Had a 24 pack the other week, but that was Fosters.

The ernieflag report from Southend is now up. You can now find out how Diego was asked to leave a pub, and wonder how it was built up so much this afternoon.
-
I am now completely unable to work, such is the level of excitement this story has built up in me!
You know when we've got a big game on a Tuesday night and you spend the whole day getting wound up and ready for the excitement ahead? Then we get beat two nil.
Hold that thought.

Ps. Try searching for Sixfields on Photobucket. It's worth it!
A bit like how Googlering "massage parlours Cleethorpes" brings up details of what you once got up to on the Yorkshire coast.

The latest leg of the Ernieflag tour is now online.
The map has been updated unusually early as well, brought to you by "Mario's Ristorante and Pizzeria" (the home of draught Peroni in Oldham) and Joe Calzaghe Late Nite Boxing

find us all in the OWTB's group.
Think I got the "Official Warren Theater Boycott (OWTB)" by mistake. A worthy cause, no doubt.

Just to let everyone know that I've done the Swindon report, but there is a problem with the site at present. It may be a few days before it's sorted, by which time those who went to the match may have calmed down and feel better about reading the report.
A few days? I feel you have underestimated the power of "Super Bock" lager and getting beaten at darts off "Latics and England" (remembering form is temporary etc....). It's up again now, but whoever is advertising Japanese Teen specialist websites on the guestbook, please could you knock it off?
Ta.

Always irrelevant, the man of the match.
Depends who the sponsor wants on the photograph.

Splendid flag placement there. Despite what we may have said after we'd been in the pub. Fifth picture down.

..................just itching .......... our B.A.L.L.S.
Better see your GP about that one.
-
From what I hear he may soon be able to lay his spokesman off, as he will have a constant companion whilst driving who can do his talking for him. He can also nip in for chips, while Lids keeps the engine running outside.
I've not seen any Latics players or staff in the local supermarkets, nor have I anything to add to this thread. Just thought I'd break up the B.A.L.L.S cartel on tonight's posts.

Ive heard a rumour xbox live is going to be free after Christmas?
Would be a surprise, but a good one.
Anyway, NHL09 - that's what you should be playing.

don't worry mark I'll bring my wet wipes again ;-)
I don't like to pry into people's private lives, but....

Oh dear, it carries on:
Blackburn v Man Utd, 17:30
Sunderland v Arsenal, 15:00
West Brom v Fulham, 15:00
Wigan v Middlesbrough, 15:00
Chelsea v Aston Villa, 15:00
Everton v Newcastle, 16:00
Man City v Liverpool, 15:00
Portsmouth v Stoke, 15:00
Tottenham v Hull, 15:00
West Ham v Bolton, 13:30
Twentysixblack: Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal, Aston Villa and Portsmouth (and a missed week).
OldhamSheridan: Hull, Liverpool, Sunderland, Portsmouth, Man Utd and Arsenal.
If we both get it right this week this will almost last out October.
I think I'll take Everton.
Going to have to be West Ham. I'm not going to pick the Red Menace at any point.
-
If you both get it wrong, do we agree the only fair solution would be to put everyone back in, except for oafc_ok?
I'd have thought so. oafc_ok can start on -30, like Luton.

Bloody hell.
Reckon they'll be happy with that?
55/1 he was.
Fair play to them though - they really have taken up the mantle from City as the leagues joke team
-
And I forgot about this thing last week as well....
Not this week though.
Aston Villa for me (don't think I've picked them before - had the big three, plus Pompey)
-
Which also means it's OldhamSheridan vs. TwentySixBlack in the Final Showdown...
And I forgot about this thing last week as well....

You underestimate our incompitence. Bishop Aukland is pretty spot on as to where we realised our error and cut along the A689 over to Hartlepool!
Well I wish I'd been there to take part in another navigational cock up. Splendid stuff. I presume all local speed limits were being observed at all times.....
