I'll take Pompey on this occasion.
Cheers Sir.
This week - Pompey.

Well, I'm glad you've all had a busy day

Let's hope that the new Revolution is a complete and utter failure and that those who have perpetrated this heinous act lose a great deal of money!
Steve Penk, apparently

Have I missed the concept of this game? Thought I'd got them both right! (Chelsea, Liverpool)
Anyway - Arsenal.

That seems like a good plan.
"Off you go kids, go and sit with Grandad Sideburns"
Yeah, but he'll need to get Mrs Sideburns to switch the Uncle Joe's for a pack of Werthers.
-
Do Diego & Mrs Sideburns plan to be on EVERY Flag Tour pickie this season ?
I can always Photoshop 'em in/out as required. Would be like that James Purnell at Tameside hospital. Or - more likely - "Where's Wally?".
-
Good to see them all in proportion. The pictures that is, not Miss Surrey. Did Miss Limehurst Village not qualify?
My selection for the title is Miss Warwick & Leamington Spa, mainly because I didn't want to scroll down any further than that.
-
Is it Diego's gay signature picture?
That must to to make it a more "inclusive" thread, what with the liberal sprinking of blart.
-
And if you're just coming in from the pub, the news appears to be that the colour does not appear correctly when displayed on a computer. Damm you Bill Gates.
-
Surely if we did get a new scoreboard, it would have to be moved from the front of the RRE. There would be no point having it in it's current position as there would be nobody in the Chaddy End to look at it
That's the fuse pulled out and the grenade thrown into the air so now please excuse me while I retreat to a safe distance to watch this one go off!!!
Slightly mischievous today, aren't we?
-
It's a good job she doesn't have anyone's log on details for this site, isn't it
This is a fair point and well made. Next thing you know, the best man will have ordered the tickets and the inflatables (that's the yard dogs).
-
Well, you're all in trouble.
No United.

Joe, now deceased,
he was unlucky

Couple of us drove up to Clyde last season for the friendly ( Not John Thompsons best game for us )
There are also some more people that went over to Ireland when we played friendlys there in 2004 ???
Not forgetting those who travelled abroad to watch our games in the last 70' and 80's
Went to a friendly at Falkirk at the time I was living in Dundee. Got a lift from a Leeds fan. His mob had set a burger van on fire the year before, so he was run out of town by the locals.
Cracking stuff.

Got my tickets a few weeks back. Something to look forward to
Yep. Day after me wedding*
[Disclaimer: Of course, I don't really mean that - it's merely something else to look forward to. Thanks.]

down his shirt

Or the same temperature but less expensive.
I've had cups of tea that weren't that warm. Or four quid.

In my limited opinion of international football, he's decided on his captain (Terry) and as he's already stated he would be rotating it, he's given it to someone that won't be doing it full time (Yer man) and one that will make that Warner chap happy.
Oh yeah, and we're not in that Euro thing anyway, so no need to play Wales or the Jocks as a practise.
-
I believe the MEN will only open the upper tier if the lower tier sells out. A large curtain covers the upper tier so the venue doesn't look half empty.
Never mind that let's hope the expensive lager is colder than it was for the darts.
-
We've had a soaking in the Chaddy as it is. At least the lads down the front have.
-
of course he has a fair and valid point......but he was provoking something with the angry arsey face.......instead of saying something like"the club are ok with him playing his drum, the club advertised where he was going so get over it..and give him a break"
but he didnt.......i know a hell of a lot of people were buying tickets for the rre specifically because they dont want the drum banging down there ear for every home game.....and i can understand that and appreciate that.....i wouldnt want to pay over £300 to have internal bleeding and deafness down one ear either......and i play the damn things....
but it should have been posted sooner, long before tickets went on sale.......so now next season we will see the same old argumants again about the drum.....
my suggestion would be if he hasnt bought his season ticket already, then stay in the chaddy end.....other than that like they do at blackburn,if he is going in the rre, make him play right down at the front on the concourse, then everyone will be happy....wont they???
Also fair enough. I did end up sat next to the drummer once and wouldn't fancy that every week - I can see why people feel strongly. Can't blame the guy for trying to help the atmosphere though - and I agree the club should find him a nice spot where he can do his stuff without winding up the rest of the punters.
-
coz every time i look on this so called 'fans site ' (of which me and my lad are two of the most loyal home and away)theres always someone havin a moan about 'the drummer' i just wish you would all get over it and get a life !!!!!!!!!! this site is now being deleted from my pc and my lad and myself will no longer be visiting or posting again see ya,ll K.T.F.
He does make a fair point there.
The Dale fan in the Rochdale Road End!

Wouldn't have thought so. Having sat a couple of rows behind him in the second half, we can confirm that he was not the sharpest knife in the spoon drawer. He did however sing and clap along and generally have a good time having paid his money, without upsetting any stewards. Fair play to him for that.
