Good point away from home again . Not many teams will get a point there, Wrexham and Notts managed it last season but failed to keep a clean sheet. These finished 6th last season so to call them a pub team is really disrespectful . Some comments on here laughable and smack of people who didnt see the game (I did again)  just taking other peoples comments and adding to it. Would have taken a point at Chesterfied and today before a ball was kicked . This leagues going to be a lot tighter than last year by the looks.

They have lost alot of that playoff team from last year and replaced them with very mediocre players according to their forums site. And yes they are a pub team.

  2. Get him gone,  there has been some bull shit from Latics managers down the years but this guy takes the biscuit. One game or not get that trigger pulled Frank. We are going absolutely nowhere under this clown. That latest interview shows he’s taking us fans for a complete ride.

The board would be a laughing stock in the football world if they dismissed him with the season one game old, especially after backing him so heavily over the summer.

The time to part ways was outside the changing rooms after the Bromley game, but that opportunity has now gone and, alas, here he is. They'll allow him to sign a full back this week and he has the luxury of two very, very winnable home games coming in. Things should look a lot better at the end of August...

Norwich sacked Gunn after getting dicked 7 1 at home to Colchester on opening day. Have some balls Frank and get this car salesman gone.

Tomorrow will be the fourth time this year the Chairman has gone to court with a winding up order, one of our supporters has worked out that this is the nineteenth time he has appeared since the first after the financial crisis 14 odd years ago. We've had an embargo since last September yet it was down to a last-game decider for a play off spot despite the shenanigans off the pitch. There was a protest outside the Chairmans house yesterday, and right now, supporters are protesting outside his house again. A deal is in the balance but it's going to be right down to the wire. This time tomorrow either we'll have new owners and got rid, or I'll be looking for a new team to support.

You did well to sign Shaun Hobson, good player.  Our defence last season only bettered by Wrexham and Notts County. Goalie gone to Sutton, another midfielder gone Hartlepool today. If we survive, next season will be hard.

Awful to see, considering our own recent experiences with the brothers grim.

I would absolutely love Gardner to be able to contribute to the team this season. He is a class above the rest of the squad.

Him being fit would be pretty much our best signing!

Unfortunately, I don't think he will be....

Never seen a player so weak in a tackle and the amount of times he gave the ball away last season was awful. Unfortunately it’s a no for me.

I don’t think Darren would, but Joe might ‘step back’ from things.

If Joe can’t see we are in deep shit on the pitch he can take a step back for me. As a football man how he can stand back and do nowt when it’s clear Unsworth doesn’t have a bloody notion what he’s doing.

Still love's the club and the fan's, has very fond memories.

Least that's what he told me when we had a 10 minute chat.

Would he give up his Sky pay packet? not so sure.

He hasn’t been on sky for ages, he’s currently back in Norn Ireland working with Larne FC as a

    consultant.
