Duxbury knows the fans love him. When you leave as a player it's a million miles from when you leave as a coach. He was our captain but we need to look after the club, now if duxbury was only acting as ressie coach he wouldn't have gone but clearly he has a big say in training and the day to day running of the team therefore he has left like the other two.

First 30 mins we got battered down their left hand side, we simply didnt do the basics. Set up 442 Baxter just off smith. When montano came off and got replaced by mchangama we woke up and looked hungry. Should of been atleast 3-2 to us smith missed two straight forward headers at ht. Again we were in control till wes got sent off. Sending off looked harsh from where we were sat. And finally it was freezing!!!!

Don't know if anyone noticed today at the game but philliskirk was constantly talking and encouraging the players today. Then after the game dickov went down the tunnel philliskirk stayed and shook every latics players hand. That's an assistant manager! That's who I think will help us! Complete opposite to taggart.
