It's a forum. Surely people can post about what they've heard from a mate etc without scrutiny. It's not as if it has been posted as gospel.

'Forum' - meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged.

"we hope these pages act as a forum for debate".

'Scrutiny' - critical observation or examination.

That's what a forum should do isn't it? We know it could all be bollocks but sometimes there's no smoke without fire........

I trust your sources above anybody else on here, as you’re usually on the money- and to be fair the style of  football speaks volumes for what you’ve heard anyway. It’s not a stretch to believe some players aren’t happy, as a lot play like it.

It's not a stretch to believe at all. There's a number of little peculiar things happening such as Unsworth's bullish attitude at the fans forum when asked about signing a RB. He said (paraphrase) they had a right back and he more than happy to play Sutton there then he didn't play him in any of the friendlies in that position. It's all a bit weird......

What worries me is the head of recruitment is now the first team coach, given the glaring holes in the squad and this fascination with signing multiple players for the same positions is it any wonder we look disjointed.

There also looked a distinct lack of interest from the bench yesterday to sort it out, now I know it was a meaningless pre season friendly but Unsworth looked almost Altrinchamesque and sat there like a mannequin the majority of the game, we just continued to play in exactly the same way despite getting battered, why didn't he take a strikers off and stick Willoughby on upfront on his own and introduce Gardner who could at least put his foot on the ball in Lundstrums absence, anyone in the ground could see the midfield were overran with Sheron and Shelton retreating further and further back each passing minute.

In fairness DU was on the touchline for a lot of the first half and shouting a lot which I could see and hear from the Main Stand. The second half I didn't see or hear anyone in the technical area which I thought was rather strange.........
