oafc_ok
I used to access Windows Media Player through an icon on my desktop. I don't know what I've done but it is no longer there. I've tried to put the icon back on but can't find Windows Media Player in my list of Programs, although I know it is there because it automatically opens when I put a music CD into the drive. Can anyone please advise me how I can get the icon back onto my desktop for ease of access? Thanks a lot

Matt
Usually it's found in C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\ failing that.... Try SEARCHing for wmplayer.exe
oafc_ok
Usually it's found in C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\ Thanks, I've found that now. There are a number of files within that folder though, and it's not clear which one I should choose to create a shortcut. Any ideas? Thanks
