If you count jones as 2 ( i dunno if you do or not) we are already at our limit. I've read the rules and they are a little complicated. 'Loans' both long and short-term count towards the 8 short-term and 4 long-term within the transfer window. Anything post August 31st-December 31st and 2nd Feb-deadline day count as 'emergency' loans. Now don't quote me but as each individual loan has to be sanctioned by the FA/FL there seems to be no limit.
