But i need some help in changing the size for printing. Basically i need 4 cards per A4 sheet. but at the moment i get one big A4 sized one. can i email it to some so they can change it for me, or if it is really easy just post instructions on here. Just highlight the area you wish to print, then right click and select set print area. You can go to Page Break Preview (under views in the hidious 2007 version of office/excel) to select what to print too. leeslover Posted April 16, 2009 Share Posted April 16, 2009 Probably the easiest thing would be to copy the area you want and paste it as a picture into a blank Word document, then you could drag it to the desired size and copy three more of them onto the page.
