singe Posted April 20, 2009 Share Posted April 20, 2009 Hi I hope some of you gurus can hepl, We have a 2 Outlook Calendar at work, but I want to checnge them. 1. first one we use is to book conference rooms. Basically at the moment each new appointment is made for the time and date but all info i the box is blank. People either leave it blank or put abslutely no info of any use in there. I'd like that each time a new appt is used it comes up and asks bascia questions such as No of peple. Tea and coffee? etc. some text I will pre determine after I (well you!) have worked out how to do it. 2. In the 2nd Calendar, we are going to inut 100 staff birthdays on a recurring reminder, but it would help greatly if we can get Outlook to work out how old they are each year. becasue we'll get them a cake on a special birthday like 40, 50, 60.
