I would like to see him play on the shoulder as with Pav's quality he'll create goals for him. Whitaker looked lively when he came on and we looked more balanced than the couldn't be arsed Parker. Negatives:- Brill - Why? Rubes - been done to death, but time to give up the obsession of sitting on Championship manager, day after day and concentrate on cutting out the mistakes which may well cost you your Latics career, All players make mistakes but not every single game from Christmas onwards. Parker - Overweight, lazy, disinterested and a pile of steaming :censored:e. Loads of prettyy football, but no ruthless streak - this will cost us all season. It's good to watch but goals win games. Andy Ritchie's teams were good to watch, look where that nearly got us. Yes, it is still early and yes the team needs time to gel but I firmly believe we are ggoing to be in a relegation battle if we keep 3 of the present defensive 5 - two at least need replacing and quick and we know which two.
