Macca
While its great that the club is doing this, i can ask why? we are to be moving stadiums in the next couple of years so why are we re-doing the club shop? How much do you think it costs to put a new sign up and a few pictures of players? That's all they've done.

laticsmad
While its great that the club is doing this, i can ask why? we are to be moving stadiums in the next couple of years so why are we re-doing the club shop? erm because if we leave things how they are we won't have any fans to take with us to failsworth! Macca
Also state of the art lighting and more modern stuff.. It won't be expensive. It's not a complete refurb, they're just making the place look better by adding a few things that can probably be taken to the new shop. alwaysablue
its nice that theyre making an effort but id prefer they provided more stock and perhaps new items than jazzed up the shop as there was nothing really wrong with the shop itself. never even noticed the lighting that was there before so doubt a new 'state of the art system' will add much to the shop seen as the average buyer doesnt spend more than about ten minutes in there anyway? the we are latics sign on the front is terrible it looks so cheap and nasty though. marhar
The new 'Guy' hasn't wasted any time and has also advertised for a new shop manager! it's promising, I got a cold call off the club yesterday about getting fans opinions and making them aware of initiatives. Unfortunately was driving so couldn't take the whole call, but looks like effort has increased. Will be interested to hear what they wanted when they call back
otid
It is a good start in the right direction, one step at a time. Pardon the pun
