The following is a copy of the terms and conditions you must agree to when becoming a member of owtb:

 

- While every attempt is made to remove objectionable material as quickly as possible, it may is impossible to review every message or blog entry. Therefore you agree that all posts made to these forums or blog entries express the views of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

 

- You agree not to post (or link to) any abusive, vulgar, hateful, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws or be offensive to other members. Doing so may lead to you being banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. Please can we remind members to refrain from TXT speak in the forums. However, it is allowed in the chatroom environment due to the nature of fast communication on this area.

 

- Please use one signature per user and not to overload it, it can cause problems with the speed of peoples PC, if your signature is deemed inappropriate it will be removed by admin.

 

- You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this website have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic or blog entry at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

- This website uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).

 

- No watermarked images are allowed on the site. They are unlicensed and OWTB may get fined. Any that are found will be removed by a member of staff and the member will be PM'd. If the same user persists in using watermarked images, a warning may be given.

 

- Please no TXT language in the forums. It is allowed in the chatroom due to the nature of the instant live chat environment. However, posts in the forums can be prepared with no time limit. TXT speak will be removed or edited by staff, persistent use in the forums may result in a warning.
