eden ds
The new badge has been copyrighted. Was done when Neil Joy took over as Chief Exec. Hope this helps! Edited June 25, 2013 by eden ds

th2003
Would it be more likely to have your card rejected if it carried the Latics badge? Not because of lack of funds, but just because it has the Latics badge on it?
oafcprozac
Apparently when you sign a kit contract you can't withhold your intellectual property and forfeit the right to have the crest on any other line of replica/training wear without the manufacturers name on (ie the club crest) even if the quality of the shirt is pisspoor and nothing like the sample they showed you. True Story......
oafcprozac
They know...I got charged a fiver twice by Halifax for trying to use photos that breached their guidelines Would the rights to the old crest now be obsolete, seeing as only those ignorant :censored:s at Sky are the only ones that still use it? Good point is that, probably worth a try.
