OnchanJules Posted January 24, 2014 Share Posted January 24, 2014 Has anyone else had a problem with their direct debit payments for Player recently, three times in the last month I have had an email message saying "sorry you're leaving" even though I haven't cancelled my subscription. When I checked my bank account the payment had gone out but gone back in again. The last time I even got an email off the site owners saying the DD had been set up properly, yet today I got the same message again. However I have had major problems paying my council tax by DD since I changed the account it's coming out of. That's been going on since May 2013. It seems some DDs just don't want to work and nothing anyone does can fix them. I blame Penney. BlueInAus Posted January 25, 2014 Share Posted January 25, 2014 I had the same issue many moons ago. I emailed Stuart Vose (yep, it was that long ago) and he fixed it for me.
